As word spread, Cline and Grassia began to direct commissioned art in media such as watercolor, oil and acrylic on canvas, monotypes and monoprints, hand-engraved etchings, serigraphy, wood constructions, and mixed media. Their reputation for excellence grew and demand began to soar. The writing was on the wall: to keep pace, these entrepreneurs needed more and more outside help. They brought in business partner and CEO, Harriet B. Hilburn. Under her direction, the company continued to build its pool of talented artists and support staff, and established the groundwork for business decisions that would enable further expansion. Timing could not have been better. The construction industry was booming and the market for fine art was at an all time high.
